Court grants $70,000 judgment in favor of medical group represented by Eichhorn & Eichhorn, LLP
David Jensen and Nick Brunette obtained a $70,000 judgment for a medical group in a breach of contract case. The lawsuit was brought against the medical group's former employee after he breached his employment contract, in part by using the group's funds for personal expenditures.
