Indiana Disciplinary Commission dismisses grievance filed against Fort Wayne attorney
Matt Ver Steeg and Nick Brunette represented a Fort Wayne attorney in responding to a disciplinary grievance filed against her. The response explained the context in which the grievance was filed, and argued that the attorney complied with all applicable rules of professional conduct. The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found that the grievance did not raise a substantial question of misconduct that would warrant disciplinary action, and dismissed the grievance without further investigation.
