Kosciusko County judge dismisses legal malpractice claim filed against Warsaw attorney represented by Eichhorn & Eichhorn, LLP
John McCrum and Nick Brunette represented a Warsaw attorney in a legal malpractice claim filed against him by his former client. The plaintiffs contended that the attorney failed to properly represent them in an estate, trust, real property and lease matter. John and Nick aggressively pursued discovery in the matter, but the plaintiffs failed to respond, and also failed to prosecute the claim. John and Nick ultimately filed a motion to dismiss the plaintiffs' claim. The court set the motion for hearing, and after oral arguments on the motion, granted the motion to dismiss.
