Jury returns verdict in favor of corporate shareholder represented by Eichhorn & Eichhorn, LLP
David Jensen and Megan Brennan represented a shareholder in a lawsuit claiming that another shareholder in the same corporation breached his fiduciary duties to the shareholders. The shareholders ran a successful restaurant together until the defendant put his own financial interests ahead of the restaurant, causing the restaurant to lose its lease and go out of business. The jury agreed, and returned a verdict in favor of Eichhorn & Eichhorn's client.
