Summary judgment entered in favor of Northwest Indiana radiologist represented by Eichhorn & Eichhorn, LLP
John McCrum and Nick Brunette obtained summary judgment for a Northwest Indiana radiologist in a medical malpractice case filed against him in which the plaintiff alleged that he misdiagnosed his wife's pancreatic cancer, causing her death. A motion for summary judgment was filed, arguing that the plaintiff's medical malpractice case was untimely filed, and was thus barred by the two-year statute of limitations. The judge agreed and granted summary judgment in favor of the radiologist.
