Miller V. Rheumatologist

Claim: Plaintiff claimed that the defendants misdiagnosed her and improperly prescribed glucocorticosteroids to treat her rheumatological conditions.  The medical review panel found against the defendants regarding the standard of care but determined that the conduct complained of was not a factor of the resultant damages. The firm represented the rheumatologist and her practice. The case was tried for four days in Hamilton County Superior Court 5 with Judge David Najjar presiding.

Outcome: After approximately 30 minutes of deliberation, the jury rendered a defense verdict.
